We are looking for a confident and experienced Head of Programme Management to lead our project team within a fast-paced iGaming environment. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the team, providing line management and leadership to a group of programme and project managers.
You will be accountable for team performance, resource planning, and project reporting, and will ensure delivery standards and governance processes are embedded and consistently applied. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will also take ownership of reporting across the function and support the execution of projects and programmes directly when needed.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who combines people management, programme oversight, and delivery excellence, and who enjoys working cross-functionally in a collaborative, client-focused business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide line management and leadership to a team of project professionals, ensuring clear goals, regular performance feedback, professional development support, and effective resource allocation across projects.
Ensure consistent application of delivery processes, tools, and standards across all projects and programmes.
Own functional reporting, producing regular updates on project portfolio status, resourcing, KPIs, risks, and programme health for internal stakeholders.
Act as a senior escalation point for project issues, ensuring they are addressed effectively and efficiently.
Lead by example by occasionally taking ownership of large projects or heading complex programmes where senior oversight is required.
Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support planning and execution alignment.
Drive continuous improvement across the function, identifying opportunities to improve process, visibility, and team collaboration.
Skills and Experience:
Significant experience in project and/or programme management, ideally within iGaming, B2B SaaS, or other complex digital environments.
Prior experience managing and mentoring project delivery professionals, with strong people leadership skills.
Proven track record of owning and producing high-quality project and programme reporting for senior stakeholders.
Strong working knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Comfortable managing a mix of strategic programmes and hands-on project execution.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised, delivery-focused, and proactive in driving team performance and continuous improvement.
