Pragmatic Solutions introduces and sponsors this new, trailblazing category

24th June, 2024 – Pragmatic Solutions is very proud to have proposed and sponsored the new award category for the prestigious EGR Operator Awards 2024—Innovator of the Year.

This new award recognises the operator who has moved the needle the most in terms of innovation of product, strategy, marketing and/or player experience.

This category is now open for nominations. All operators are welcome to apply, regardless of commercial scale or years of business.

Award criteria and requirements

Entrants should show evidence of breakthrough initiatives that represent novel ideas which delivered measurable success in the market, and examples of tapping into new markets or player segments through pragmatic thinking.

This does not reward the largest or newest operator, but rather the company making waves in the industry with innovation and that has established themselves as a market disruption in the last 12 months.

Key criteria include:

• Examples of novel solutions to challenges

• Demonstrable success in establishing innovative products in the market

• Evidence of innovative marketing and/or products

• Examples of player satisfaction and new market/segment access

This category is open to all operators regardless of commercial scale or years of business.

EGR Operator Awards celebrate and reward B2C operators year across the egaming industry in categories ranging from customer service to safer gambling with awards reflecting all verticals.

Their rigorous judging process, based on the views of a panel of leading iGaming experts, ensures that the Awards truly recognise those firms driving innovative solutions and delivering market-leading products and services.

Nominations are open until the 2nd of August 2024. The winners will be announced at awards ceremony, which will take place on the 24th of October 2024 at Governor House, London.
