We are seeking a meticulous and adept Business Analyst (Product Scoping Specialist) with a focus on product scoping to join our Product team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the technical and business realms, ensuring that client requests are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into scoping documentation that serves as a blueprint for our technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, needs and objectives in relation to our platform’s capabilities.

• Create detailed scoping documentation for client requests, ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the Product, Development, and Operations teams to ensure accurate translation of scoped requirements into technical specifications.

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of project scope and requirements.

• Support the Product team in backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning.

• Monitor project progress, identify any deviations from the scope and suggest corrective actions.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum of 3-years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the gambling or related sector.

• Exceptional ability to create comprehensive scoping documents.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in tools for project management and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Knowledge of the gambling industry and related legal and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
