We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Account Manager with deep knowledge of the Brazilian and wider LATAM markets to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth by ensuring timely and successful delivery of our products/services.
The Account Manager manages a portfolio of assigned clients across Brazil and LATAM and is responsible for running operational activity including developing strong relationships with customers, ensuring solutions meet local market needs, and liaising with the Product and Delivery Teams. The role requires close collaboration with the Project Team to prepare status updates and coordinate both project and BAU deliverables.
Our ideal candidate combines strong account management skills with an ability to navigate cultural and business nuances across Brazil and Latin America, identifying customer needs and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in Brazil and LATAM.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Represent client priorities internally, advocating for their needs and goals.
Delivery & Account Operations
Manage and track client deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Service Management teams to resolve incidents, bugs, and new requirements.
Maintain robust documentation and ensure all updates are accurately reflected in tools such as Confluence, Client Hub, or Jira.
Business Growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand existing accounts.
Monitor client KPIs and satisfaction scores, sharing insights and driving action plans with internal teams.
Regional Expertise
Understand and anticipate client needs specific to the Brazilian and LATAM markets.
Adapt solutions and communication approaches to local practices and cultural expectations.
Attend client meetings and regional trade events to review accounts and strengthen partnerships.
Day-to-Day Activities
Address client requests and incidents with urgency, driving blockers to closure.
Keep clients updated on progress, issues, and resolutions through regular touchpoints.
Ensure client priorities are clearly communicated and tracked across the organization.
Act as an escalation point for technical issues, providing transparent updates.
Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in B2B account management (or similar role), ideally within Brazil and/or LATAM.
Portuguese and Spanish language skills essential
Proven ability to deliver client solutions while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural fluency across Latin America.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, engineering).
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
