Reporting to the Head of Programme, you will work closely with delivery leads and cross-functional teams to transform client requirements into end-to-end project plans, including technical migrations, business readiness activities, and platform onboarding. You will take full ownership of the delivery lifecycle, ensuring clients are supported from scoping through to go-live and beyond.
You’ll be client-facing and responsible for managing both external relationships and internal execution, working across product, technology, legal, and marketing teams to ensure a successful and smooth delivery.
You will have proven experience in leading complex B2B delivery programmes, ideally in the iGaming industry, and be confident in working with senior stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving projects with a strong commercial and operational focus.
Responsibilities Include:
Full ownership of client onboarding and platform migration projects from initiation through delivery.
Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Capturing and validating business requirements, translating them into detailed delivery plans in collaboration with product and technology teams.
Managing the technical delivery, including data migration and platform configuration.
Leading business change activities including training, handover, and documentation.
Working cross-functionally with internal teams such as legal, marketing, account management, and operations to ensure all aspects of delivery are covered.
Constant communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining momentum and visibility.
Setting and managing clear delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Supporting pre-sales and concept stages by contributing to scoping and delivery planning.
Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Providing governance and reporting throughout the lifecycle, including RAID logs and regular status reporting.
Skills and Experience:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project management, ideally within iGaming or B2B SaaS.
Experience managing both client relationships and internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
Demonstrable experience of working with product and engineering teams on complex platform migrations.
Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets, scope, and resources effectively.
Familiarity with business functions such as marketing, legal, compliance, and how they fit into client delivery.
Experience with reporting and insight tools; comfortable working with data to create meaningful dashboards.
Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated.
Strong technical understanding of platform technologies and iGaming operations.
