Pragmatic Solutions PAM platform supports client operators from the opening of Ireland’s new remote betting licensing regime
Gibraltar, 8th July, 2026 – Pragmatic Solutions, the enterprise Player Account Management (PAM) platform provider for regulated iGaming operators, confirms that its platform is live in Ireland, supporting client operators from the commencement of the country’s new remote betting licensing regime.
The milestone follows the introduction of Ireland’s new regulatory framework for remote betting, with licences issued by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) taking effect from 1 July 2026.
Pragmatic Solutions has completed the platform, front-end, compliance and integration work required to support Ireland-specific operations under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 and associated AML, responsible gambling and operational requirements.
The implementation includes Ireland-specific player registration and onboarding flows, KYC/CDD and age verification, AML workflows, responsible gambling controls, account closure and dormant account processes, payment and cashier restrictions, regulatory display requirements, operational tooling, reporting and auditability.
As Ireland’s regulatory framework continues to be introduced in phases, Pragmatic Solutions will continue to monitor future requirements, including the expected B2B supplier licensing regime, and support its clients as further obligations come into effect.
Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions, said: “Ireland is an important regulated market for our clients, and this launch reflects our continued focus on supporting operators as they enter new jurisdictions with the platform stability, flexibility and compliance readiness required to operate with confidence.”
Michael Boylan, COO of Pragmatic Solutions, added: “Regulated market entry depends on disciplined delivery across product, compliance, engineering and operations. For Ireland, our focus was to ensure the platform, integrations and processes were configured to meet local requirements from the point of market opening.”
Pragmatic Solutions’ PAM platform enables operators to manage player accounts, wallets, CRM, segmentation, bonus management, KYC, AML, responsible gambling, fraud controls, reporting, BI and back-office operations through an open and modular architecture.
Its API-first approach and extensive integration ecosystem allow operators to select the technology partners that best fit their strategy, while maintaining a stable platform foundation for regulated-market operations.
