We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Compliance Analyst to join our compliance team in the online gambling industry, supplying a Player Account Management (PAM) solution to the market. This role reports directly to the Head of Technical Compliance and requires a professional with at least three years of experience in the online gambling sector, having dealt with compliance related activities. The successful candidate will ensure our operations meet industry regulations and internal policies while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Compliance
Perform detailed reviews of technical systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
Create and update market specific guidebooks to reflect market and regulatory changes.
Support the certification process by working with certification bodies.
Assist with submissions to certification bodies, regulators, and customer driven audits and certification activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer compliance teams and certification bodies.
Collaborate with internal product and business analyst teams to translate technical requirements into clear implementation guidelines.
Maintain trackers to log compliance activities and submissions accurately.
Identify and resolve compliance related issues by working with development, engineering, and operational teams.
Stay informed about changes in regulations, standards, and technology affecting online gambling compliance and apply this knowledge to ongoing tasks and procedures.
Audit Support
Prepare documentation, reports, and evidence to support internal and external audits.
Work with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely audits, addressing any findings or recommendations.
Maintain accurate audit logs, evidence, and compliance-related documentation.
Help develop and implement audit plans to ensure compliance across all platforms.
Reporting and Documentation
Create and maintain detailed reports on compliance audits, technical reviews, and regulatory assessments.
Provide clear, concise summaries to senior management, highlighting risks, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
Assist in developing internal guidelines and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices across technical systems.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to improving compliance programs, policies, and procedures to uphold the highest standards.
Conduct root cause analysis of audit findings and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance within technical teams.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
At least three years of experience in the online gambling industry.
Strong understanding of technical systems, regulatory requirements, and auditing processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, external auditors, and certification bodies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage documentation and trackers.
