As a Senior Product Owner – Safer Gaming, your mission is to drive the development, prioritisation, and delivery within the core and compliance domain focusing on regulatory reporting (Docaposte) and integrations with regulatory bodies, such as centralised exclusion lists.

Your role will involve assisting our customers in developing solutions that facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements. You must be capable of driving clear solutions and acceptance criteria, including where regulatory requirements are ambiguous or unclear, ensuring governance processes are followed between stakeholders and clients.

As a senior product owner, you will also be a mentor to junior product owners, leading by example and supporting product management with scoping complex development items, stepping in for product management when not available and support in managing the domain.

You will be responsible for the success of multiple features spanning multiple development teams in your domain. You will collaborate with many stakeholders and peers across business, product, engineering and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Engineering, and Account Management, clients to ensure the delivery of key regulatory reporting and safer gaming features like third party exclusion lists and limits.

• Gather and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product improvements and feature development.

• Work with business analysts to understand new reporting requirements, operator journeys, and new market entries.

• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for new reports and features, ensuring clarity of data point mapping and adherence to strict regulatory frameworks.

• Lead multiple development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features, resolving any issues that arise during the development process.

• Develop and prioritise product backlogs and roadmap for your teams, ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap and business objectives.

• Increase team backlog health, by ensuring user stories are estimated and ready for development according to the definition of ready.

• Own end-to-end feature validation by defining and executing test scenarios across all key use cases, ensuring delivery works as intended and meets the ticket’s acceptance criteria.

• Prioritise and deliver fixes with development teams for incident and Tier 2 issues in line with our agreed service levels.

• Communicate product updates and changes to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback into the product development process to ensure enhancements meet both customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent practical experience in the iGaming industry.

Specialist Skills and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior/Product Owner in the iGaming industry.

• Experienced with 2 or more of the following iGaming platform domains: Regulatory Reporting & Integrations, limits, KYC or third party exclusion lists.

• Experience working with Docaposte is preferable.

• Strong data mapping skills from platform database structures to regulatory reporting requirements.

• Experienced with launching and optimising iGaming B2B and B2C products in highly regulated markets.

• Experienced with managing multiple development teams, backlog management and product deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across business and technical teams.

• Strong leadership skills with a record of accomplishment in delivering high quality product solutions in the listed platform domains.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

• Excellent attention to detail with a clear focus on problem resolution through to conclusion always.
