Job Description:
Pragmatic Solutions, the iGaming Player Account Management platform, is looking for a Training Content Specialist to join our team. Bright, enthusiastic and confident level professional required with experience and proven interest in iGaming products and platforms.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for knowing the Pragmatic Solutions platform back to front and to use this knowledge to create and maintain internal and external user guides and manuals including other possible training materials. The candidate will also be supporting the Training Team as a backup Trainer and client Q&A support. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you must possess.
Responsibilities Include:
Create, maintain and update Pragmatic Solutions User Guides, ‘How to’ documentation and training videos
Create training materials and templates for the training department
Understand the platform features and functionalities inside out
Test functionality of the Platform to understand if the features work as intended, and to report any issues effectively
Attend internal demonstrations keeping up to date with the latest Product features
Attend client and internal meetings, if required
Work closely with other internal departments to gather information when required
Function as a backup Trainer when needed
Align training and development with organizational strategy
Qualifications:
A strong background and understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and gambling industry as a whole is a must
2+ years of previous experience in Training is preferred,
Previous experience in writing ‘How to’ documents and user guides
Previous experience in creating online training material, such as videos
To have an inquisitive mindset
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Additional language is a plus
Extremely organized and self-motivated
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively as well as ability to listen
Attention to detail and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests
Solution oriented thinking – prioritising client satisfaction and results
To be a strong team player, but can work independently
Ability to present and teach comfortably in public
Experience in Confluence/Jira is a plus
MS Office proficiency
Experience in e-learning software and content creation tools, is an advantage
