We are looking for a Platform Training Specialist to join our team. Bright, enthusiastic and confident level professional required with experience and proven interest in iGaming products and platforms.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for knowing the Pragmatic Solutions platform back to front, training internal teams, presenting platform features and functionalities, onboarding new clients and train their teams on a regular basis. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.
Key Responsibilities:
Align training and development with organizational strategy
Understand the platform features and functionalities inside out
Maintain and update current internal onboarding and overview program
Create training materials and templates for the training department
Build client training programs based on client needs, present new features
Provide internal and client trainings both online and onsite
Maintain and update trainers' knowledge base
Attend client and internal meetings, work closely with other internal departments such as Product, Account Managers and Project
Test functionality of the Platform to ensure features work as intended, and to report any issues effectively
Qualifications:
2+ years of previous experience in Training is preferred
A strong background and understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and gambling industry as a whole is a must
Solution oriented thinking – prioritising client satisfaction and results
To have an inquisitive mindset
Ability to present and teach comfortably in public
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively as well as ability to listen
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Attention to detail and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests
Extremely organized and self-motivated
To be a strong team player, but can work independently
Additional language is a plus
MS Office proficiency
