Pragmatic Solutions, the iGaming Player Account Management platform, is looking for a Product Manager (Integrations) to join our team.
You will own and drive the successful integration of casino, sportsbook, and other iGaming vendor products into the Pragmatic Solutions platform and broader ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our product offering by ensuring third-party content and services are seamlessly integrated, scalable, compliant, and commercially optimised.
You will lead integration initiatives involving new client launches, onboarding of new vendors, regulatory adaptations, plus ongoing product and API upgrades. Acting as the bridge between commercial, engineering, operations, and external partners, you will ensure integrations are delivered efficiently, meet technical and regulatory standards, and unlock value for operators.
This role demands a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of platform integrations and API ecosystems, and exceptional stakeholder leadership.
As a high-impact position within the organisation, your work will directly influence revenue growth, client satisfaction, and the competitive strength of the Pragmatic Solutions platform.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Integration & Roadmapping
Define, maintain, and evolve the platform integration roadmap for all gaming verticals (casino, sportsbook, poker, bingo, free-to-play), aligned with the company’s overall product and commercial strategy.
Prioritise integration initiatives based on value, market opportunity, technical dependencies, and partner demand.
Technical Leadership & API Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of technical integrations — from scoping functional requirements to validating APIs and data contracts with internal and external teams.
Collaborate with engineering to define API specifications, data formats, error handling, versioning strategies, and documentation needed for smooth partner integrations.
Champion best practices for platform architecture, developer experience, and integration lifecycle management.
Gameplay Lifecycle & Product Knowledge
Maintain deep product knowledge of gameplay mechanics, risk models, bonus engines, promotional logic, and lifecycle behaviours across all integrated products.
Use this understanding to anticipate integration impacts on player journeys, wallet flows, bonus treatment, session continuity, and reporting outputs.
Partner with product and UX teams to improve integration touchpoints that impact player experience or operational workflows.
Cross-Functional Delivery & 3rd Party Management
Act as the central coordinator across product, engineering, project, legal/compliance, and vendor teams to manage multiple simultaneous integration projects.
Build and maintain clear product plans, timelines, resourcing forecasts, and status dashboards for stakeholders.
Proactively surface risks, blockers, and decision points to senior leadership and create mitigation strategies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for external technology partners and suppliers throughout integration cycles.
Facilitate requirement workshops, technical onboarding, and regular review meetings with 3rd-party vendors to align on delivery expectations.
Partner with account management, and business development teams to ensure integrations meet contractual SLAs and support monetisation goals.
Compliance, Regulatory & Operational Readiness
Ensure all integrations conform to relevant regulatory frameworks and jurisdictional requirements across target markets (e.g., responsible gaming, data protection, reporting standards).
Work with the legal/compliance team to translate regulatory requirements into product cand technical criteria.
Coordinate go-live readiness, including acceptance testing, operational handover, monitoring setups, training, and post-launch support processes.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Establish KPIs to measure integration quality and performance (e.g., uptime, error rates, latency, partner support tickets, revenue contribution).
Track analytics and partner feedback to identify friction points or enhancement opportunities.
Drive iterative improvements and structured release cycles to increase stability, performance, and feature breadth over time.
Team Leadership & Growth
Lead, mentor, and develop product owners as the team scales.
Advocate for structured product processes, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing to elevate integration excellence.
Proactively explore and implement automation, self-serve configuration and AI/agentic capabilities to scale the SDLC and integrations.
Skills & Experience Required
3+ years experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry.
Previous hands-on experience with platform integrations, APIs, and management of multiple casino providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Playtech, etc) and understand third-party gaming platform architectures.
Experienced with multiple regulated markets.
Experienced with leading multiple development teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects and/or deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across business, technical, and 3rd party teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
Excellent attention to detail with a clear focus on problem resolution through to conclusion always.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Highly analytical and structured thinker.
Knowledge and experience of AI-driven technology is highly desirable.
