Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure coordinated execution across workstreams, proactively managing interdependencies, risks, governance, and resource planning. You will play a critical role in shaping programme strategy, driving operational excellence, and embedding scalable delivery frameworks within a fast-paced B2B environment.
You will be client-facing where required, operating at executive level to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful outcomes across complex, multi-market programmes. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience managing large-scale delivery portfolios within regulated industries, ideally iGaming, with a commercial, operational, and regulatory mindset.
Responsibilities Include:
Full ownership and accountability for complex, multi-workstream programmes from initiation through to successful delivery and benefits realisation
Defining programme scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks aligned to business strategy
Overseeing multiple project managers and delivery leads, ensuring alignment, consistency, and high-quality execution
Managing cross-programme dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to optimise delivery performance
Driving client onboarding programmes, platform migrations, and new market entry initiatives across regulated jurisdictions
Establishing and maintaining strong governance structures including Steering Committees, executive reporting, and RAID management
Acting as senior escalation point for internal and external stakeholders
Partnering with product, engineering, legal, compliance, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure coordinated execution
Ensuring regulatory readiness across markets, including compliance, licensing, and operational requirements
Supporting pre-sales and strategic growth initiatives by contributing to solution design, delivery models, and commercial planning
Managing programme budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure commercial targets are met
Embedding continuous improvement practices and scalable programme management standards across the organisation
Skills and Experience:
At least 6+ years’ experience in Programme Management or Senior Project Management roles within iGaming, Fintech, or Consultancy
Proven experience managing large-scale B2B technology delivery programmes with multiple parallel workstreams
Strong understanding of programme governance, portfolio management, and strategic planning
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and business case oversight
Deep understanding of platform technologies and iGaming operations, including regulated market requirements
Experience leading and mentoring Project Managers and cross-functional delivery teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence operating at executive and C-level
Demonstrable experience managing technical platform migrations and complex system integrations
Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, legal, and operational considerations within regulated industries
Experience with reporting and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and executive dashboards
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategic objectives into structured delivery roadmaps
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Highly proactive, strategic thinker with strong execution focus
